We had a great experience! We live more than 50 miles away but Hempstead had the exact car we wanted. Called them up and spoke with Dennis. He gave us a fair price and sent us the contract. We came and picked up the car with no issues whatsoever. Dennis was awesome to work with and it was refreshing to work with an honest dealership. Highly recommend.

I always receive excellent service from Rich Fiedler. I could not ask for better service advisors. Karen, Rich and John Lydon are personable and thorough and always greet me by name whenever I come in. Also, Maria in the parts department has always been excellent. I've known her since the 90's, and Bob Jackson in Finance, too!

I had a great experience recently with Hempstead Ford Lincoln. There was a recall and they called me to replace the needed part. They sent Troy to my home and he was able to do all the work in my driveway. He arrived exactly at the time they had told me and worked quickly and neatly. Hempstead Ford takes care of your car's every need all while saving the customer time. The staff members are friendly, knowledgeable and do not try to sell you things you do not need. You can set an appointment with ease. You may choose to wait in the service area which is comfortable, clean and has a coffee station. They offer a pickup and drop off service of your vehicle for certain services which allows you to go about your day while they work on your vehicle. I wholeheartedly recommend Hempstead Ford above all other dealerships.

On March 28th I brought my truck in to the service department without an appointment. I had a fan running and would not shut off and I had a long drive the next day to Florida. The service manager allows me to wait until the shop closed and one of the techs looked at my truck. He hooked it up to the computer and found that it was a faulty AC switch. The service department was wonderful. They took me right away even though I was a half hour late for my appointment due to the fact that the Southern State was closed.
I normally receive the highest of customer service when I go to Hempstead Ford Lincoln, however this time there was an unforeseen issue and Rich and Oliver and the rest of the team reached the highest level in the way the reacted to and responded to resolving this issue. In my opinion they reached the top tier of excellence. Thank you guys.

Took my Ford Edge in to have the oil, transmission, and differential fluids changed. I was informed that I should change the brake and Coolant fluids as well as it is recommended at the milage I had attained. I was thankful to be informed to have this work done as well, as I was not aware of the need.

The technician arrived at my home at the appointed time for a recall notification that was fixable by a firmware update that had to be done with his laptop. He was friendly and very efficient. He answered some other questions that I had. He also told me that Hempstead Ford performed oil changes at homes. Good to know.

I had a huge nail in my tire and it went completely flat. I called made an appointment, got it towed there and got Karen as my advisor. She was patient and nice while I was worried about how they would fix my car and the costs. First I was told 3 to 4 days until it can even be looked at. I was upset but I understood. By the end of day my car was completely fixed, and all other issues also resolved. I couldn't of been happier with this dealership. Great job, great service, fast results. Thanks.
